Gotta be honest, I did not think these could dry a person... I mean, its a flat weave! I gave it a try and I am in love! It dried me off from the pool just fine. And I'm a plus size gal, after i got out of the pool it wrapped around my waist as a nice cover-up! Dried super quick as opposed to my friends towels, and it was way prettier than anyones!

I think I made a great purchase
Beautiful colors and great weight. Gave one to each of my daughters and granddaughters. They were hesitant to use them at the beach initially until they saw ‘Gigi and Papa’ using and enjoying their Teema towels on the beach, they used theirs at the beach for the rest of the vacation. These are so beautiful and bright and perfect. I love love these towels. They look good. They dry quickly. They are soft and absorbent. We like to use ours as towels when on vacation and then as a light blanket for the flight home. They roll up so compactly. These are the perfect towels. This particular towel is just beautiful plus pretty darn handy too. I was recently at a meeting and the conference room in the hotel was chilly. The Lime Tiki did a great job as a shawl and looked great doing it! My daughter has my other towels at a beach vacation this week so I can report back on how the towel works in the sand. Very pretty patterns, well made and love the flexibility! I bring it with me when heading out with friends and will cover my shoulders when the evening cools off. Are all Teemas the same?
No. All of our products are made from 100% Turkish cotton, but the structure and thickness of their weaves vary. Some have a heavier, looser weave, making them softer and more blanket-like, like the Labyrinth and Diamanté. Others have a tighter weave making them lighter and more portable, like the Simple and Layers.
Do Teemas actually repel sand?

What are Teemas made of?
All of our products are made exclusively from 100% organic Turkish cotton. Turkish cotton is a premium, long staple cotton known internationally for its absorbency and durability.
Our products are all Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning no harmful chemicals are used at any step in our production, and our products are safe for sensitive skin.
Teema does NOT use any microfibers or micro plastics like many other towel brands, which is bad for your skin, and worse for the planet.
Are you a small business?
Yes, we are a very small business! Outside of our team of weavers in Turkey, the entire business is run by two people, my sister Jess, and myself (Nick).
Everything from building the website, to shooting content, making ads, launching products, responding to your emails and more is done by the two of us. We are... very busy 😅 but proud to say the two of us have managed to get orders out to over 300,000 customers!

Order processing takes 1-2 business days, and shipments take 2-5 business days, so you can expect your order to take 3-7 business days to arrive.
