Here at Teema, we are happy to offer returns on any unused items not purchased during a sale, and within 28 days of delivery.

We do not offer returns on items purchased during a sale.

Return postage must be paid for by the customer.

To process your return, just shoot an email to help@teema.co. Include your order number in the subject line, and let us know which items you'd like to send back!

 

Exchanges

Like returns, exchanges can be processed within 28 days of delivery for unused items not purchased during a sale.

Exchanges are not available on items purchased during a sale.
