Care Instructions

Teemas are made from 100% Organic Turkish cotton, therefore they shrink a small amount under heat. If you'd prefer your Teema stay its exact, original size, please follow the recommended care instructions below. If you don't mind a small amount of shrinking natural to 100% cotton items, then feel free to wash and dry however you please.

Machine wash cold on delicate or gentle cycle, and hang or tumble-dry on low

P.S. / Insider Tip: We at Teema wash and dry our Teemas on standard wash and high heat dry cycles and they handle it just fine :)

Continental U.S. orders over $125 qualify for free ground shipping. For all other orders, shipping is charged based on weight and delivery location and is calulated at checkout

Returns

If you don't love it, simply send it back. Return your unused, original item within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer. Please send an email to help@teema.co with your order number to begin processing your return.

Disappointed & Embarrassed - Updated

While all that I wrote below has occurred, I have been in touch with Kevin at Teema, who has since educated me on the different Teema towels (which are not all towels). Anyway, I upgraded my rating from a single star to three only because you would have to know first hand the differences between all the different towels they offer and the different types of loomes & weaves. I do have to say that they have great customer service, and Kevin is assisting me to come to a good resolution.

I bought 3 Checkmate designs and 2 Pastel Tie Dye towels this time around, and I have to say that I was disappointed in how they felt. The two tan Checkmate towels that we tried at first were so thin and totally NOT absorbent. I felt like I was drying off with a bed sheet! I was also so embarrassed when my guest, who was using the Pastel Tie Dye towel, said that he could not wipe off the water using this towel. OMGosh! My first set of towels were so nice and absorbent (tribal designs) that I didn't think twice about putting this new set out. All five of my new set of towels are SO VERY THIN that no water is absorbed. I am so disappointed. How could the two sets be SO DIFFERENT??!!
