Care Instructions

Teemas are made from 100% Organic Turkish cotton, therefore they shrink a small amount under heat. If you'd prefer your Teema stay its exact, original size, please follow the recommended care instructions below. If you don't mind a small amount of shrinking natural to 100% cotton items, then feel free to wash and dry however you please.

Machine wash cold on delicate or gentle cycle, and hang or tumble-dry on low

P.S. / Insider Tip: We at Teema wash and dry our Teemas on standard wash and high heat dry cycles and they handle it just fine :)

Beautiful colors and great weight. Gave one to each of my daughters and granddaughters. Are all Teemas the same?

Nope! While all of our products are made from 100% Turkish cotton, the structure and thickness of their weaves vary. Some have a heavier, looser weave, making them softer and more blanket-like, like the Labyrinth and Diamanté. Others have a tighter weave making them lighter and more portable, like the Simple and Layers.

Teema does NOT use any microfibers or micro plastics like many other towel brands, which is bad for your skin, and worse for the planet.

All of our towels are hand crafted authentically in the Aegean region of Southwestern Turkey by skilled artisanal weavers!

How long does shipping take?

Order processing takes 1-2 business days, and shipments take 2-5 business days, so you can expect your order to take 3-7 business days to arrive.

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund for any reason, we just ask that you pay return shipping.

LOVE bathsheets. I find i am very picky about them though! But this one meets all my standards for a bath sheet. #1 its the PROPER SIZE for a bath SHEET. Its big and wraps.the whole body like a blanket but it is thick, warm, and soft! Shower game has beeen updated.

Bolla lint factory

I saw these towels and fell in love with them. They are beautiful but…the lint is out of control and they don’t make my body feel dry. I have washed a few times and there is no sign in sight that the lint problem is going away. Lint is all over my floor, face body. It’s so bad that I went back to using my old sad towels. I wish I knew what to do because I have never spent this much on a set of four towels and honestly expected more. To have them not being used is upsetting. Any advice from Teema would be helpful.
